Organised by the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA) and the RPS distributor in El Bajío, SEAN, during the month of June a networking breakfast was organised on advanced manufacturing in the Chamber of the city of Querétaro.
This day, moderated by the general manager of SEAN, Arturo Espinosa, and by the international RPS channel manager, Joan Carles Libori, was attended by representatives of important industrial companies in the region, who learned about how to acquire competitive advantages and solutions for the integration of processes through the study of challenges and strategies adopted by the high performance industries in comparison to other manufacturing companies on a global level.
The initial discussion focused on aspects such as the critical business issues of each of the manufacturing types possible, and the RPS capacities in relation to each one: custom manufacturing, make-to-stock on on request, highlighting the modularity of the solution that, among other things, permits implementation of the ERP in accordance with the needs of each company.
Later, a debate was started among the attendees with the participation of professionals from the highest level in industries of different types: Manufacturers of machinery, household appliances, food, etc… all interested adopting technology in order to achieve success in different aspects of the management of their companies: Costs, departmental integration, quality, planning, maintenance of machinery, etc…
The attendees finally, as a conclusion, agreed on the need to adopt specialised ERP technology in industry such as RPS as a key method for competitive improvement of Mexican manufacturing.
