ADVANCED QUALITY PLANNING IN RPS

The Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP: Advanced Product Quality Planning) consists of a structured methodology for developing products/services with the objective of ensuring compliance with the customer’s requirements, involving the suppliers and the end customer. The objective of product quality planning is to facilitate the communication with all parties involved in order to achieve a design and processes without errors, increase productivity and maintain the quality expected by our customer.

RPS, in its 2015 version, released a new Advanced Quality module, which is not only functionally balanced (Control plans, Corrective actions, FMEA, etc…), but also has architecture that is specially integrated with the rest of the ERP, thus ensuring total fluidity of the data from the management modules of the production process (purchase, production, projects, etc…) to the definitive closure of inspections, incidents, etc…. Aitor Guerra, RPS Pre-sales consultant, tells us how in this recording.
